Technical information requests

Detailed information about infrastructure, access controls or internal processes is shared on a justified basis and may require a non-disclosure agreement. We follow a need-to-know approach to avoid exposing sensitive details.

If you are preparing an audit or assessing Index 10 for a critical workload, get in touch so we can arrange a secure briefing and determine what documentation can be provided.

Vulnerability reporting

Please report security issues to security@index10.com. Include a clear description, reproduction steps and any supporting evidence. Hold off on public disclosure until we have investigated.

We review every submission and may reach out for additional context or to coordinate remediation. Response times depend on the complexity of the report.

User responsibilities

When using Index 10, you remain responsible for the compliance of your projects, maintaining critical backups, and adhering to the limitations set out in our Terms. Highly regulated or sensitive data should be processed outside the platform as outlined in our contractual documentation.

We may restrict or suspend a workspace if its activity poses a clear risk to the platform or third parties, in line with our Terms of Service.
